1 power clean + 1 push jerk (medium up to heavy)

Conditioning -

4 rounds for time and total pullups:

50 double-unders

10 push jerks (115/75)

*rest 30 seconds then move on to

max # of HARDEST pull-ups

*rest 1 minute before next round
