Skill – 7 x 1 – 3 stop snatch pull with High Hang Squat Snatch

Conditioning – 3 rounds for total reps:

2 min AMRAP:

5 squat clean to thrusters (use KB or DB) followed by 25 double unders

rest 1 minute

1 minute AMRAP of burpees

rest 1 minute
