Gluten Free Friday


Wanna feel better almost instantly?  I want you to go gluten free for the entire weekend.  Not an official challenge or anything just a test to see if you realize how many gluten based products you are consuming and the damage you are inflicting on your gut.  Good luck and give me some honest assessments.

Skill – 7 working sets of 1 Snatch Balance + 2 Overhead Squats

Conditioning -

5 rounds for total time of:

Run 200m
7 Hang Snatches (full squat) 135/95#

*scale weights not movements unless contraindicated

*Rest 1 minute after each round.
