Skill: 15 minutes to work on “Tall Cleans”

* the focus on the tall clean is pulling under the bar. The bar rests in the “hip-fully-extended” high hang position with the weight on the lifter’s heels and the drill is to pull under the bar to the receiving position while the bar height remains low.
