Skill: run 400m for time (max 2 attempts)

Conditioning:
3 rounds – 1 minute on 1 minute rest with 5 exercises geared at GPP(general physical preparedness). We’ll see what the deck of cards has in store?! Hopefully, some tire flips or sandbag cleans get drawn… Ooh, ooh and overhead barbell carries… Who knows?
