Benefits of Epsom Salt baths
Here is an interesting link on www.livestrong.com regarding the many benefits of Epsom Salt baths. My interest was piqued when I had heard during a Red Sox game about a month ago that David “Big Poppy” Ortiz had been suffering with some residual foot pain for a couple of weeks after an ankle sprain and had not been able to shake it. It was then mentioned by the announcer that he had gotten a call from a long time friend who was a trainer who told him to soak it in Epsom Salt for 20 – 30 minutes that night after the game. He woke up the next day pain free with his foot fully healthy since then and he had a couple hits in the game. Have any members used bath salts (not the eat-your-face-off types) with any success?
*I in no way endorse BATH SALTS. I am thinking I like Epsom Salt Baths… HUGE distinction needs to be made being central PA and all!
**I could care less one way or the other about Major League Baseball unless someone out there wants to hire me so save your Red Sox hate mail all you Yankee fans!

I use them!! My mom swears by them and so does my masseuse. You can buy it at Walmart or target.
There are Yankee Fans at Nittany? I haven’t noticed any soulless vampire infestations at the gym.
Also it’s Big Papi, Big Poppy would be a giant flower you could make a lot of heroin and/or delicious muffins from.
