Thanks to Ann and Dan for dropping off 4 performance logs. We are offering them for $10 and the first one is already spoken for by Ray. Great job to the newbies and make sure everyone gets their name up on the board before the end of next week… or else.
Skill - 20 minutes to work up to a 5RM deadlift for the day. Take no more than 3 attempts at actual working attempts.
Conditioning – 3 rounds for time:
25 KBS (32/24)
15 burpees
*scale to a level where you can perform unbroken KBS to at least a level over your eyes
