Remember the new daily schedule includes a 4:30pm class daily M – F as of Labor Day. We’ll see you guys then for daily WOD’s. It will continue to stand that Oly/ Competitive training area will remain available space permitting. The wall between the two gyms should be coming down this week so things should settle in within the next week or two. Thanks for your patience as we continue our growth and expansion projects.
Skill – Squats 5 x 5 @ 75% or for new folks within their first month build upon last week in the smallest increment possible to still progress at a 3/1/1 tempo
