On Wednesday at 7pm we will be hosting a Q&A for the 60 day Whole Life Challenge. If you have been with us for a couple of months this may be just what you need to elevate your experience to the next level. If you are a new member this is the perfect opportunity to get your life pared down to the fundamentals and take control of your future. We will be kicking off the WLC with bodyfat measurements Thursday – Saturday so regardless of if you are doing the challenge take this opportunity to get your measurements updated. There are currently somewhere in the mid 30′s of number of members enrolled which means in my experience statistically there will be at least 3 people who change themselves so dramatically in the next 60 days that they will be a different person by Thanksgiving. Will it be you?
As for programming, we will continue to establish our benchmarks lifts as a baseline this week so we can fill up the records board and have appropriate numbers to base our lifts off of going forward.
Skill – 7 x 2 split jerks… Light to medium with 60 seconds rest
Strength – 15 minutes to establish 1RM press… Rest 2 – 3 minutes between sets
