Skill – 10 minute cap:

7 x 2 Hang Squat Cleans… light and fast, just like the split jerks on Monday.  up to 2/3 of max at most and rest approx. 60 seconds

Strength – 20 minutes to establish a 1Rm Back Squat as a baseline

Conditioning – row 500m for time…. all out effort

Go ahead and work on double-unders with any gas left in the tank.
