This little gem makes it on to the website about once every six months as a reminder that when things seem tough and the new PR’s don’t come daily any more it means you are getting better and the improvements take more work. Don’t wish for what others might have because that is out of your control. Just control what you can and work on yourself… things will fall into place. Get back to work now.
Skill -5 x3… 3 position snatch or 15 minutes to take 3 warmups and 3 attempts at a 1RM depending on experience levels
Strength – Deadlifts – 20 minutes to establish a 1 RM for the day or 5/5/3/3/1 depending on experience levels
Midline – KB windmills 2 x 10-12 each side
