Skill – 10 minutes of Handstand holds and practice
Conditioning – 3 rounds for time:
25 russian KBS (32/24)
20 push-ups (clapping or hardest possible while maintaining control)
15 box jumps (24/20)
10 L sit pull-ups (scaled is 1 strict band pull-up and 1 hanging knee raise = 1 L sit pull-up)
