It’s going to be an awesome week of training at CrossFit Nittany this week… I can feel it.  If you normally are a 3x week make this week 4, if you are 4-5x week attendee put in an extra day of work.

Skill -  8 x 1 squat clean, rest 60 seconds

then…

Conditioning – 4 rounds for time:

12 burpees over the box (24/20)

18 KBS (24/16)

24 shoulder touches

Strength/Endurance – 1 x UB ME ring dips

1 x ME 500m row
