Weekly dose of Awesome
Some of you might have noticed my CFN facebook page post yesterday but it was really just that I had already decided I was going to celebrate Matt’s successes on here on Friday so here we go. I do stand corrected that he was not on the verge of blacking out on his intro but merely trying to not throw up as he did what he would now consider an average warm-up. Matt is down over 40lbs and has been eating so much better and still within reason. All his work is entirely sustainable and repeatable so I have very little doubt that these changes will be permanent. He’s now looking towards his first scaled division CrossFit competition when we find the right one. SO F*CKING AWESOME FOR HIM!!! He will now have his name on the board as #posterboy… go with it.
Skill – 15 minutes to practice/test the 3 Position Snatch (Floor, Hang, Hi – Hang).
