2a) Ring dips – 3×8, heavier than last time
2b) 2KB step ups – 3×12, same weight or heavier but with a more difficult rack position…. rest 60 sec
Conditioning – 3 rounds:
20 pullups
run 200m
20 wall balls (20/14)
rest 1:1
