Strength -

1) High Bar Back Squat: 1X5 @ 80%, 2X3 @ 85%, 2X2, 2X1 @ 90% – rest 2:00

2a) Ring dips – 3×8, heavier than last time

2b) 2KB step ups – 3×12, same weight or heavier but with a more difficult rack position…. rest 60 sec

Conditioning – 3 rounds:

20 pullups

run 200m

20 wall balls (20/14)

rest 1:1
