Warm-up – will get you moving, make you laugh and better prepare you for the rest of the day.

Skill – a barbell complex that will make you better at snatching so you are cooler and a better person overall!

Strength – an exercise that will make you stronger so you are more useful and fun to be around!

Conditioning – a series of exercises you will find to be both miserable and in a weird way at the same time the most enjoyable 12 minutes of your day… And it will make you live longer, forget about your stresses, eat better, be a kinder, gentler neighbor and probably ultimately better at all aspects of your life….

SO YOU SHOULD PROBABLY JUST GET YOUR ASS TO THE GYM!
