Skill – 10 minutes to work on strict toes to bars. Go for Max Effort and if possible immediately follow it with ME bar muscle ups…. rest at least 2 minutes between sets and repeat 3-4 rounds
Strength -
1a) seated DB shoulder press, 3×6-8
1b) Heavy KB swing, 3×10-12 (russian style)
1c) DB tricep extensions from the floor, 3×10-12
1d) Good mornings, 3xME
Conditioning – run 10 minutes at an easy pace
