Everyone’s path at CrossFit Nittany will be slightly different depending on his or her current fitness capacity, goals and preferences. We offer one-on-one coaching and group classes along with a variety of specialty programs including weightlifting, running & yoga.

Our most successful members have utilized a combination of individualized coaching and program design to fine tune their mechanics, address specific deficiencies and/or attain unique performance goals with the spirit, community and camaraderie that naturally develops in our Group Coaching sessions.

We strongly recommend and hope to facilitate that balance through our pricing and programs.
