Memorial Day is just around the corner. That means the Memorial Day Murph is too. If you are considering not doing the Murph because it is to difficult, or you are worried about not finishing, we have some great scaling options available for you. This way everyone can sweat their butts off Monday morning. Along with the original Murph we will have a Half Murph, Partner Murph and a Smurf Murph for the little ones! First Friday Game Night is something we do every first Friday of the month. It is a chance to get to know everyone a little better and meet people you might not normally see. It all starts at 7:30pm here at the gym. You can bring a game to play and a dish to share if you choose. It is BYOB, but please remember to be responsible. Come hang out and relax…no workout
For our next active recovery we will be playing ultimate Frisbee! We will meet at Circleville Park, Sunday May 19th at 2:30pm, right after open gym. Circleville Park is the same park we played kickball in last year. Click here for directions —–> Directions

Join us on Memorial Day for an awesome workout in memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, age 29, of Patchogue, N.Y, who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28th 2005. The first Friday of every month at 7:30pm, we get together to play games and eat here at CrossFit Nittany. Our next scheduled game night will be April 5th. The Whole Life Challenge will still be going on, so if you decide to bring a dish to share, consider making a WLC approved dish. You can also bring your favorite game you have laying around at home. Great news for all you early birdies out there! We have added 5:15am classes. They will be offered Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. This new schedule will start Monday, February the 4th.
For all of you that signed up to be a Christmas Angel, please be sure to have the gifts at the gym by Dec. 6th. That is this Thursday. If you signed up for a gift and are worried you will not have time to get it please let Jen, Shannon or Ann know. Thank you for all your help!
